Exterior Color Plans
The exterior colors are selected early in the design process, then used in artists renderings. At each stage it is approved or changed until you are satisfied. Finally, test patches are prepared on site to review the colors in sunlight. The final color selections must be approved by the owner and, in most communities, a design review board.
